The Philippine Consulate General wishes to warn the public regarding an apparent scam to lure unwary applicants into applying for jobs that do not exist.  Local newspapers have reported the alleged existence of two hospitals, namely: “Guam General Hospital,” www.guamgeneralhospital.com and “Western Pacific Hospital “ www.westernpacifichospital.com.,  which are soliciting applications for employment opportunities for nurses on Guam.  These two hospitals do not exist and consequently, the alleged job oppurtunities listed in these websites are fictitious. The two websites are now under investigation by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation.
