The Philippine Consulate General would like to update the public on the most recent situation report from the Philippine National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRMMC) dated 06 October 2011 6: 00 a.m., detailing the effects of Typhoon Nesat (Pedring) and Typhoon Nalgae (Quiel) in the Philippines: Typhoon Nesat (Pedring) has moved out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility on September 28, 2011 with the following effects:.
Typhoon Nesat (Quiel) has moved out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility on 02 October 2011.
