Certainly one of the country's major tourist attractions, the Dinagyang Festival Ati-atihan Streetdance Competition of Iloilo showcases the rich culture and heritage of our people.  It has been named by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCAA) as the Festival of Excellent Folk Choreography.  As such, it is expected that Tribu Pan-ay's performance in Guam will bring delight and amusement to its audience.

Dennis Rodriguez, Jr., and Congresswoman Madeleine Z. Bordallo and the Consulate General, coordinated with the Office of Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog of Iloilo City and the Iloilo Dinagyang Foundation in order to bring these world-class performers to Guam.
