24/10/2010: Philippine Trade Mission to Guam





The Philippine Consulate General is pleased to announce that a trade mission from the Philippines composed of officials from the Department of Trade and Industry and several exporters will be visiting Guam from the 26th to the 30th of October 2010 in order to explore possible business ventures with local companies/businesses on the island.


A free business matching seminar is scheduled to be held on the 28th of October 2010 at the Guam Reef Hotel from 9am to 5pm.  This whole day event aims to promote small & medium enterprises engaged in manufacture and/or sale of food items, health and beauty products, furniture products and accessories, decors, PVC plastic cards and accessories, OEM and computer numerical control (CNC) machines, AVRs, and UPS, among others.


The delegation is headed by Ms. Lerma Piquero, Chief of Americas Division, Marketing Strategy & Consultancy Group of the Bureau of Export Trade Promotion under the Department of Trade and Industry.


The business matching seminar is open to the public.
