04/11/2010: Philippine Trade Mission to Guam, 27-30 October 2010

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in coordination with the Philippine Consulate General in Agana, Guam organized a Philippine Trade Mission to Guam composed of exporters of consumer goods, i.e., health & beauty products, plastic cards, UPS & AVRs, and food items.  Participating companies include Ambrose Industries Inc., Okala Quality Research & Development Enterprises, Marc’s ID Haus, Centertronics Power Corporation, Refinette Cosmetics, BATS International Food Export-Import Corporation, and Workers Builders Incorporated

A free business matching session was held on 28 October 2010 at the Guam Reef Hotel to provide opportunities for the delegates to meet potential clients/business partners.  Over 60 visitors representing various local companies and businesses registered during this whole day activity.

Trade mission delegates, joined by Consul General Mercado, Labor Attache  Carmelina Velasquez and Vice Consul Maria Paz Cortes, attended the General Membership Luncheon of the Guam Chamber of Commerce to promote the business matching session to be held on 28 October 2010 at the Guam Reef Hotel.
